Founder Robert Nutter saw a need for specialized mechanical contracting focused on the fast paced retail environment and their needs. Over 35 years later RMN has become the trusted name in the field. meet the team

  • Role: Co-Owner/ Project Manager

    Starting out in the Marine Corps, Joesph then transitioned to work in sales for over 10 years. In 2018, he joined the Sheet Metal field and has since risen in standing. With over a decade of experience in the HVAC and construction industry, Joseph is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-owner of RMN Mechanical Co., Inc., He oversees project management, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He is also a certified Sheet Metal Worker and a Journeyman of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 17, with extensive training and hands-on experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

  • Role: Co-Owner/ Estimator

    With an associate’s degree in engineering technology. Daniel started as a foreman and sheet metal installer, he has since been in charge of sheet metal fabrication, installation, and drafting. After 14 years he went on to be an instructor at Sheet Metal Workers JATC for another 15 years. Now serving as the CEO of RMN Mechanical, Daniel oversees estimation and bid dealings, collaborating with clients and general contractors to ensure the best outcome.

  • Role: Founder/ Estimator

    For 34 years, Robert has served as the President of RMN Mechanical, now turning over his company to Joseph and Daniel, Robert remains a present and valuable asset to the RMN team during this time of transition.
